Jet’s Dental Accident Insurance covers you and your family against accidental damage to your teeth or dental diseases, up to the value of 20 00000.
What is it?
This pays if you, your partner and/or children suffer accidental damage to your teeth or fracture your jaw.
Should you have it?
Yes, dental work can be expensive. If you have children who play sport and are active and you don’t have money saved for dental costs, this plan is a must.
Dentist’s bills are often an unexpected expense, with costs running into thousands of rands. But as a dental insurance policy holder, you’re always covered.
Dental Accident Insurance covers you, your partner and children in the event of accidental damage to your teeth, or jaw fractures. At a premium of 3500 per month (family cover 9000 per month), dental insurance can pay out a lump sum that goes towards the cost of the dental work needed.
For a monthly premium of 5500 (family cover 11000 a month), this comprehensive plan covers certain day-to-day dental conditions and accidental tooth damage. It will pay a lump sum of between 20000 and 20 00000, depending on your injury, for you to use towards the costs incurred in treatment.

Note:
There is no waiting period. If you sign the plan today, you are covered immediately, provided your premiums are paid up to date. You must be a Jet account holder aged from 18 to 59 to qualify. If you have tried to harm yourself, or you drive under the influence, you will not be covered. The replacement of existing crowns is not covered under the plan. Your cover includes accidental damage only, not the maintenance or polishing of teeth.
